Edible Flowers To Grow In Your Garden

Nasturtiums and borage flowers are just a couple of examples of edible flowers that can really add colour and flavour to salads. A garden in harmony with nature is a garden that embraces wildlife and wildflowers and you will discover a veritable feast to be had right outside you own door. The great thing is, though, that this feast will self replenish! It isn't necessary for you to lift a finger. Nature will do all the work and nature will do it willingly with a beaming smile upon its face. You will find blackberries, rasberries and nettles, wild garlic and natural root and bulb vegetables, fungi and fruit, leaf and flower and, of course, not forgetting natural, wild herbs. It is probably best to invest in a book of edible wild plants, before you begin exploring the flavours, but you find everything you need in your garden, if only you give nature the chance to provide it.
